RTUK's approach to Mentoring using Lead Management provides an integrative alternative to other styles and methods of mentoring. Mentoring is not counselling. Through Lead Management Mentoring clients find they are able to begin self-evaluating their training, development and executive needs and the choices that will bring them closer to, or further away from, their desired goals. Lead Management emphasises that each Manager/Executive is able to become his/her own consultant by applying the Philosophy, Principles, Practice, and Purpose of Choice Theory to their organisational lives. All of RTUK's mentors are certificated in Quality and Lead Management through The William Glasser Institute. |
